HNBR RUBBER TECHNOLOGY

Heat, Oil & Chemical Resistant

HNBR Rubber Rollers are designed for demanding applications where resistance to heat, oils, fuels, chemicals, ozone and oxidation is essential.

Acerorollers' HNBR Rubber Rollers are manufactured using Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, a modified form of NBR developed for enhanced durability and resistance to extreme operating conditions.

The hydrogenation process improves resistance to heat, oxidation and ozone while maintaining excellent resistance to mineral oils, fuels and selected chemicals.

HNBR rollers can be manufactured with steel, stainless-steel or aluminum cores and finished according to the specific dimensional and surface requirements of the application.

KEY ADVANTAGE

Reliable Performance Under Extreme Conditions

Excellent heat, oil, fuel, ozone, abrasion and tear resistance makes HNBR suitable for demanding industrial roller applications.
